If you want to get the most out of your eyeliner, and to achieve a natural looking effect, you have to look at things from the angle of eyeliner. This means looking at the eyeliner brush tip and the color of the eyeliner. Too much eyeliner can make your eyelashes look like you just peeled two big, flat, black peppercorns off of your face. Too little eyeliner can make your irises look like they’ve been dipped in butter.
I think it is important to choose your eyeliner brush tip and eyeliner color carefully, because too many factors can change the effect you get. Even the color of your eyeliner can change the effect you get. It can make your eyelashes look like youve been wearing the same pair of shoes for the last month, or make your eyes look like youve been wearing lipstick for the last month. The same applies to your eyeliner color.
Using a liquid eyeliner should really only be done by the person who knows how to use it. As a general rule, we recommend liquid eyeliner that is matte, with a slight shimmer to it. This means it won’t show glitter when you blink and it won’t flake when you wipe your finger on it.
Another thing to remember is that liquid eyeliner should be applied before your eyes are dry. If you put it on while your eyes are still warm and they are still wet, the liquid will stick to the eyelashes instead of the eyelid, and you’ll have to clean up your makeup from there.
The good news is that it now actually doesn’t matter whether you’re wearing liquid or gel eyeliner. The bad news is that if you’re wearing it then its like the color of your hair. If you’re not wearing it then it acts as the color of your eyes. You can’t get away from it.
The good news is that the liquid can be used on pretty much anything since it’s a dry, stick-like substance. The bad news is that it smudges right off your eyelashes, and you have to clean it up from there.
The liquid eyeliner is pretty good because you don’t need to rub it into your skin. Instead, you just need to use it to draw lines in your eye. A lot of people who have tried to draw lines in their eyes have found that it smudges right off their eyelashes and leaves the skin looking like a black coffee stain.
That’s the beauty of it. Lady Gaga smudges her eyelashes with a black liquid eyeliner, and she doesn’t even have to do a great job. It’s all in the drawing and the blending.
